Delete Account & Data

Overview

Coffee Runner (“the Game”) is published by GameopsApp. On Android, the Game requires you to sign in with Google Play Games using your Google account. GameopsApp does not operate a separate username, password, or email registration system.

Your progress is stored on your device and, when signed in on Android, may also be saved to Google Play Games cloud save. GameopsApp does not host its own player account servers. To remove your data, follow the steps below for local data, cloud save, purchases, and advertising.

Delete Local Game Data

Deleting local data removes progress stored on your device, including energy, coffee stars, money, fuel, cards, experience, level, owned skins and vehicles, VIP status, sound and music settings, daily reward timing, and related game state.

On Android:

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Go to Apps > Coffee Runner.
3. Tap Storage, then Clear data or Clear storage.
4. Alternatively, uninstall the Game to remove all local data.

On iOS:

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Go to General > iPhone Storage > Coffee Runner.
3. Tap Delete App to remove the Game and all local data.
4. Reinstall the Game only if you want to start again with a fresh save.

Clearing local data does not automatically delete cloud save data linked to your Google account on Android. See the next section if you also want cloud progress removed.

Delete Cloud Save (Android)

When you are signed in to Google Play Games, Coffee Runner may sync your progress to Google’s servers. GameopsApp cannot delete Google account or Play Games data on your behalf.

To remove cloud save data, you can:

1. Open the Google Play Games app on your device.
2. Go to your profile > Settings > Delete Play Games account or manage Play Games data for apps (options may vary by device and Google Play version).
3. Or remove Coffee Runner app data from your Google account via Google account privacy settings at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
4. Clear local app data or uninstall Coffee Runner, then sign in again only if you want a fresh start.

Deleting cloud save may remove synced progress across devices using the same Google account.

In-App Purchases

If you made in-app purchases, payment records are managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. GameopsApp does not store your payment card details.

Clearing app data or uninstalling the Game does not cancel subscriptions or refund purchases. To manage purchase history, refunds, or subscription settings, use your Google Play or Apple account settings.

Advertising Data

The Game uses Unity Ads. Advertising identifiers and related ad data may be controlled through your device settings, such as resetting your advertising ID or limiting ad personalization on Android or iOS.

If you need help deleting local or cloud-linked game data, or have a privacy-related request, contact us and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible. Include your platform (Android or iOS) and, if relevant, the Google account used for Play Games sign-in.
