Introduction

Coffee Runner (“the Game”) is published by GameopsApp (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Game on Android or iOS, how that information is used, and what choices you have.

On Android, the Game requires you to sign in with Google Play Games using your Google account. We do not operate a separate GameopsApp username or password system. Game progress is stored on your device and, when signed in on Android, may be synchronized through Google Play Games cloud save. Some features also require an internet connection and use third-party services described below.

Information We Collect

Google Play Games sign-in (Android). To play on Android, you must sign in with Google Play Games. Google may provide information associated with your Play Games profile, such as a player identifier and, where permitted by Google and your account settings, a display name or profile image. Sign-in and authentication are handled by Google. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Game progress and app activity. The Game stores gameplay data such as energy, coffee stars, money, fuel, cards, experience, level, owned skins and vehicles, VIP status, sound and music settings, daily reward timing, and related game state. On your device, this data is stored in an encrypted format with integrity checks. On Android, when you are signed in to Play Games, this progress may also be saved to and restored from Google Play Games cloud save so you can continue on another device signed in with the same Google account.

Purchase information. If you buy in-app products, payment processing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Stores may provide purchase-related information needed to unlock content in the Game, such as product identifiers, order tokens, and purchase status.

Advertising data. The Game uses Unity Ads to show rewarded, interstitial, and banner advertisements. Unity and its partners may collect information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, app interactions with ads, and diagnostic data needed to deliver and measure ads. Network and technical data. When you use online features, the Game may contact external services to check internet connectivity, compare your installed app version with the latest version hosted at gameopsapp.com, and synchronize server time for daily rewards and energy recovery. These requests may transmit your app version, device network status, and standard technical data normally sent with internet requests.

Information we do not collect directly. We do not operate our own registration system and do not ask you to provide your email address, phone number, or mailing address inside the Game. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to operate the Game and provide its features, including authenticating you through Google Play Games, saving and restoring progress, syncing cloud saves, processing in-app purchases, showing advertisements, checking for app updates, verifying internet connectivity, and managing timed features such as daily rewards and energy recovery.

Advertising partners use collected data to deliver ads, limit ad frequency, measure ad performance, and help keep ad content appropriate for the Game’s audience settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Game, including:

Google Play Games for sign-in, player identity, and cloud save on Android.

Google Play / Apple App Store for in-app purchase processing and app distribution.

Unity Ads for advertising and related measurement.

Connectivity and time services such as Google connectivity checks and worldtimeapi.org, used only to support online checks and time synchronization in the Game.

gameopsapp.com to check whether a newer version of the Game is available.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, GameopsApp, or others.

Data Security

Local game save data on your device is protected using encryption and integrity checks to reduce tampering. Cloud save and sign-in use Google’s services. Internet communications use standard secure transport where supported by the platform and destination service.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You can reduce risk by keeping your device software up to date and installing the Game only from official app stores.

Data Retention & Deletion

On your device: You can delete local Game data by clearing app storage for Coffee Runner or uninstalling the Game.

Cloud save (Android): Progress stored in Google Play Games cloud save is managed by Google. You may be able to delete Play Games data for this Game through your Google account or device settings, or by contacting Google support. Deleting cloud data may remove synced progress across devices.

Purchases: Purchase records are retained by Google Play or Apple as described in their policies.

Advertising: You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings. Unity may retain ad-related data according to its own policies.

Children’s Privacy

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a GameopsApp registration form because we do not operate our own account system. Sign-in on Android uses Google Play Games, which is subject to Google’s terms and parental controls.

Parents and guardians can manage Google account access, Play Games settings, ad personalization, and purchase permissions through their device and app store settings. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game in a way that requires action, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review the request.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your information, or to object to certain uses such as personalized advertising.

You can delete local progress by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game. For cloud save and account-related deletion steps, see our Delete Account & Data page. Play Games profile data may also be managed through Google. Purchase history and payment settings may be managed through your Google Play or Apple account. International Users

If you use the Game outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States and other locations where Google and Unity maintain infrastructure. Those providers apply their own privacy and security safeguards as described in their policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
